Jalapeno, White
C. annuum4One of the best Jalapenos! These pods are big, tasty, sweet, medium hot and have the typical, wonderful Jalapeno aroma, as immature and mature. These plants are extremely prolific despite their compact size! A must have if you like Jalapenos! They ripen from pale white green to pale yellow and finally to red.

Explosive Ember
C. annuum6Very pretty ornamental pepper which ripens from purple to pink, to red in shades of different colors in between. Looks great when maturing. Not as hot as many other ornamental peppers. The powder is better than most ornamentals also. Very compact plant. Pretty as small ornamental pepper or bonchi.

The aroma is actually quite close to Aji Amarillo. The great thing about this variety is that it ripens much quicker than the large Aji Amarillo type.
You can't go wrong with C. baccatums!

Turkish Pepper
C. annuum7This small and very hot variety comes from Turkey. Perfect plant for short season, as it matures very quickly. It's being used for both ornamentals and cooking. Plant can grow quite large, but it can very easily be kept as very small by trimming it once or twice. The heat is very nasty if you eat the pods as they are, but with cooking, these work nicely.
