Fidalgo Roxa
This rare variety is one of the best looking chile peppers there is. When filled with mature pods, it looks like a plant holding candies. Besides being quite hot, they look just amazing with purple-green color when immature and purple-pink color when mature. Just look at the pictures and see for yourself, a real eye-catcher. The taste is also very good. One of greatest habanero-relatives out there. A true chilehead definitely will have this variety in his/her collection. Rare and exceptionally unusual! Grows well even in small pots. Great as a bonsai chile pepper!
Lemon Drop
Here’s another great classic – and an essential part of Peruvian cuisine! Baccatum peppers traditionally only grow in South America, but they are actually the easiest and most successful plants for home growers and beginners in chili hobby. Lemon Drop represents hot, non-sweet, slightly lemon-flavored types of baccatum peppers (as opposed to sweet, low-heat or only moderately hot Ajis). The plant is relatively compact and produces lots of bright yellow fruit even in non-ideal home conditions. Grows well in pots. Lemon Drop is especially great for fish dishes! Also a very good, different tasting alternative to Cayenne and other Asian-type red hot peppers.
Numex Twilight
An ornamental chile pepper that is so insanely pretty you simply can’t miss it. If you like to grow useful chile peppers that are a true eye-candy! This is an ideal variety to decorate your windowsill, balcony, patio or garden. Perfect to be candied as it looks very pretty and has quite thin flesh. Very good bonsai chile candidate too. You can melt anyones heart with this one. Makes this an ideal gift item.
Tepin Cappuccino
Very different Tepin variety which is quite far from all other Tepins as the mature color is beautiful coffee brown instead of the typical red color. The taste and heat level are very intense. Definitely will boost your cooking! This plant bears a huge amount of small round pods. The plants seems to enjoy growing almost anywhere. A great indoor plant too and surely ideal to grow as a bonchi too.
