Santo Domingo Pueblo

A medium hot variety from Santa Fe, New Mexico.  These quite large pods are ideal for stuffing and to be dried and as a coarse or fine powder. These chilis are often used as immature, but they are also great to be used as red, mature stage. This plant is actually very easy to grow and it produces excellent yields!
